Our CSR approach is neither new nor restricted, but is the result of a state of mind and everyday initiatives.

Of course, it is not about imposing anything, but about raising awareness and educating our clients about environmental and civic solutions regarding the organization of events:

  • Selection of service providers and collaborators enrolled in the eco process (the choice of an eco-responsible printing company or one that complies with the ISO 14 001 standard and paper according to ecological qualities, carriers that present RSE protocols, catering enrolled in the eco process, etc.)
  • Reasonable use of printed documents
  • For printed documents, proposal of designs optimized to reduce the number of pages and control of ink consumption
  • The reuse of signage when possible, and use of recyclable materials
  • The use of recyclable badges (reusable glass case with personalized cardboard label)
  • The use of smooth recycled cardboard bags
  • Lighting proposal based on LED spotlights and control of energy consumption
  • A proposal for restoration based on the consumption of seasonal and local products labeled organic when possible
  • The use of eco-cups: reusable cups instead of disposable
  • Increase the choice of hotels that can be reached on foot or by public transport from meetings and event venues and / or hotels that meet AFAQ / AFNOR standards

  • Monitor the cleanliness of each site used (interior or exterior)
  • Management of catering designed to limit food surplus and agreements with suppliers / catering companies so that these surpluses are redistributed to an appropriate association
